How to Build a Healthy Service Unit

We all know there are those Girl Scout troops and service units that have everything going on; their girls and parents are happy, their bank accounts are adequately funded, and their volunteers seem to know everything they need to know to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who are making the world a better place. So what’s their secret? And how do the rest of us get there?
